EYE EXERCISES – to prevent and treat eye fatigue. Especially useful if doing a lot of screen work or reading / writing. Takes only a few minutes. You can take regular breaks from the computer to do these exercises.
FOOT AND NECK ROTATIONS – balances the whole body and releases tension in the neck and spine.
BRAIN INTEGRATION EXERCISE – wakes up your brain. Re-energises and refreshes the parts that coffee can’t reach.

- Keeping your head still look as far as you can in each direction and hold for 30 seconds. Look Up Left. Look Up Right. Look Far Left. Look Far Right. Look Down Left. Look Down Right. Repeat 2 times.
- Look far into the distance (eg to the horizon) for 5 seconds
- Look at your finger very close to your face for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times
- Close your eyes gently and face the sun or a bright light. Move your head left and right so that all parts of the retina are getting bathed in light (2 minutes)
- Close your eyes and cover them with your hands. Your eyes are in complete darkness. Breathe deeply and relax (2 - 5 minutes). Very calming.

Whilst sitting. Feet together and rotate clockwise 10 times and anticlockwise 10 times. Rotate the head clockwise 10 times and anticlockwise 10 times This affects the whole spine. When you rotate your feet you can feel the rotation through the hips and the spine. (You might like to touch your spine and feel this)

- Crosscrawl – march on the spot moving arms and legs. At the same time move your eyes through 360 degrees clockwise then anticlockwise
- Homolateral Crawl – moving same side arm and leg
- At the same time move your eyes through 360 degrees clockwise then anticlockwise. Repeat 1
