What it is?

Emotional Freedom Technique(or EFT for short ) is a simple yet powerful technique for releasing emotional stress. EFT was also known as the Fast Phobia Cure because of its immense success in rapidly dealing with phobias. In fact the applications of EFT are almost limitless. We use EFT to help people with phobias, addictions, pain, emotional trauma, anxiety and stress.

How does it work?
